“Quiet, safe and clean. This felt like my home. The area has a store super close for anything else I needed. Tvs in al rooms and a full kitchen that was nice for cooking. I will be back! ”

“Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“My husband and I stayed for a few nights to take in the sites in New York, which is a 30-min bus ride from the bus stop right down the street. This apartment was perfect for us! It was very clean, cozy, and well-stocked with all essentials and little extras. The property owners were very helpful and responsive.
