“This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. ”

“The place was beautiful, clean and cozy. The neighborhood while being rated "dangerous" was quiet and calm. We were suprised by the neighborhood at first, but never had any issues. Check-in was easy, but it is a keyed entry and the key had a mind of its own so it took us a couple minutes to get in. It was a tight entry through two doors and immediately downstairs into the basement, but once there it was very spacious and enjoyable for the whole family. I would stay again.”

“The apt was clean and attractive. Sheets are soft, bed is comfortable. Within walking distance of Penn Station Newark and The Prudential Center. The surrounding neighborhood is a little rough, but I felt safe enough to walk at night with my 3 young children. The virtual key is great, no need to fumble with those locked key boxes. Building is nice and clean. There is a parking lot just behind the building, $9/ 12 hrs. The only down side, nothing can change this, there is construction……
