“I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. While the neighborhood was great—quiet, safe, and conveniently located—my accommodation left much to be desired.Upon entering the room, I noticed that the floors were dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. “Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have”

Je lai contacté il me fait savoir Expedia a consoler ma réservation. Je demande un remboursement ca me fait 3 jours et le remboursement ne peut aboutir parce que jai annulé ma réservation. “Pros - Great communication, central location in Madison. Cons - The house is run down, wasn't clean. Kitchen cupboards were literally dirty. Kitchen is very poorly stocked, not even paper towels. The House itself is old, unmaintained, and poorly decorated, lacking furniture and an inviting feeling. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper, you can hear the road and the shades in bedroom windows don't block light from coming in. ”

“Cindy’s home was a great place to stay. It was spacious and had tons of room for our family. We would definitely stay again when visiting family in the area. ”

“My high school girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Howard’s place. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Back yard is nice and large. So much fun!”
