“Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!”

“Just the loveliest stat from start to finish. Right from the moment we walked in the door the girl on reception was so warm and welcoming. Check-in was fast and we even got an upgrade. Room was quiet and relaxing perfect for us but no good if you like a view. Breakfast was relaxed, freshly prepared & huge, the granola, yogurt & fruit was delicious and the English breakfast was like Noah’s Ark and had two of everything and we didn’t need to eat again all day! “The service apartment is spacious and tidy, facilities are in very good condition. They also provide a number of utensils and cutlery so that you can cook in the dining room. I appreciate their welcome drinks especially hot chocolate and tea bags are freely provided in the apartment. The carpark will be a bit spooky, but it only cost about 15 pound for 24 hours and the security would be comparatively better than on-sheet parking or outside carpark. “Great location, close to the centre. Nicely appointed inside, as photos indicate. Basics provided, such as toiletries, tea bags, Fairy Liquid etc. A little short of mugs and glasses, although when mentioned they quickly brought us another mug. Quick response via email and text. Good value, would use again.”
