“Property is beautiful but the one we originally booked had a maintenance issues and we had to locate to this property. The stairs were extremely too difficult to travel up and down on each floor. There was no where to sit on both balconies. No tvs in the rooms but overall beautiful property. Wished i had another option because of the stairs were alot.”

“We absolutely loved the location of this home. In a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to everything we wanted to do! We had an issue at check in but was resolved very quickly! Great communication with the host. We did not check out the garage space, so I cannot comment on the hot tub or that space. The house is definitely older, but we only spent time there to sleep so it worked fine for us. ”

“i had a great experience with the host. communication was great. no real issues with the house, just wish it was a little closer to the description. the apartment served its purpose, but by no means was it "lavish". the bathroom had a musty smell upstairs, and the rooms and floors were a bit dirty. had the basics. wasn't the cleanest property at all. if you need a place just to sleep, it does the job, but i wouldnt call it a super comfortable or lavish place to stay. neighborhood was ok. ”

“This is a nice cozy home and would stay again in a heartbeat! It is very convenient to Uptown Charlotte and minutes away from just about everything. From the outside you'd think the home is small, but walking in, there is a huge vaulted ceiling looking looking directly into an open kitchen with a very nice island. If you have the chance, give this place a stay! ”

“I visited from out of town for a concert with friends and this property had everything we needed! It was such a cute and quaint tiny home with everything we needed, and Nicole was an incredible host and was responsive when we locked ourselves out on accident. I will definitely stay again next time I visit.”
