“This studio was perfect in every way for our stay in Matthews. We had everything we needed and the wonderful bonus of watching the chickens. This was a real pleasure for a couple of country folks. Note however: there are stairs to enter this unit. You need to be able to do that.”

“Excellent and just what i needed for a few nights! Lovely neighborhood. Dog was comfortable and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and playing in fenced in yard. Didn’t use any of the game room / hot tub features, so can’t speak on this. Would definitely stay again!”

“The house was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths available, which was a nice touch even though we brought our own. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I can truly say we had a relaxing stay. Everything was perfect!”

“Home was very beautifully set up. Rooms were lovely.Enough seating for meals for 10 comfortably. Great backyard for the kiddos to run around and play whilel adults hang out under the covered patio. Super area for shopping. William was "Johnny on the Spot" if we needed anything. Check -in and out were seemless. Would stay again if back in the area. ”

“Property was well kept. Had a small issue with the AC but it was quickly addressed by management and it didn't affect our vacation. Communication with management was great! One issue with the app is that I couldn't send a picture of what I was explaining to Mike. He sent me his phone number to text the picture to him. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay near the city but in the quiet suburbs. Most stores are less than 15 mins away.”
