“Perfect place close enough to the City but nice safe neighborhood away from the city noises. This space was perfect for what I needed for just a couple nights. Easy check in and out. Host is very friendly. Stayed with my pooch. Affordable and quaint. Be very careful on the stairs to the loft they are narrow and steep. And becareful pulling in and out of the driveway. There is a decent culvert at the end and I bottomed out on my tow hitch. Otherwise loved this spot!”

“Our family of five adults loved staying at this house when we were in Charlotte for Christmas. The house has been beautifully renovated like you see on TV. It was very clean and well equipped! We couldn’t believe how quiet it was… no traffic noise, no dogs barking, no noisy neighbors. (It made us realize how much noise we have at our own home). I didn’t expect that we would make use of the fire pit since it was cold, but we did enjoy making S’mores one evening!The host did an excellent job……

“We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. The location was also great, with dining options close by. It was very quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The only issue we had was the water pressure was very low in the showers. The cleanliness was ok, the refrigerator was a bit dirty and there was hair on the sheets in the beds. The washing machine also didnt work while we were there, but they were very fast in assisting us. Overall I would definitely stay there again. ”
