“Our family recently visited our oldest daughter for her birthday and decided to stay at Kasa at Cortland NoDa Charlotte for a long weekend. The apartment was beautiful, modern, spacious, clean and well appointed with luxurious bedding bath and pool towels. Great location within walking distance to breweries, coffee shops and Optimist Hall which features shops and restaurants in an indoor/outdoor food court setting. “We rented a 2 bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious. The location was also great, with dining options close by. It was very quiet and we felt safe the entire time. The only issue we had was the water pressure was very low in the showers. The cleanliness was ok, the refrigerator was a bit dirty and there was hair on the sheets in the beds. The washing machine also didnt work while we were there, but they were very fast in assisting us. Overall I would definitely stay there again. ”
