“Friendly staff, the front-end manager was great, the valet personnel were excellent, and the cashier from Indonesia in the cafe was great. The hotel was clean and very convenient for my needs. Wish there were a breakfast restaurant, stayed 3 nights without the room being cleaned. I would stay again.”

“We stayed two days and loved it! Restaurants were top-notch; loved the prime rib dinner and breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the live music in the bar. We went to the Elvis concert and got to see the Graceland Mansion, airplanes, cars, and museum. This is a must stay for Graceland. ”

“Overall stay was excellent. I do think there are upgrades and updating being done. This is a beautiful clean and well kept hotel. Minor quirks are the elevators need some refurbishing and when we arrived in our room there was Popeyes chicken in the fridge, and the carpets need to be refreshed The people and staff are amazing and attentive. Coming to assist right away. We loved the online check in. I will stay here again the next time I visit Memphis ”

“We had a one-night stay while driving cross country. We were comfortable with their clean and spacious rooms. The gym was nice. Pool was small and cold but the kids still enjoyed it. It was storming all day so there were a lot of people at the hotel, with only one woman at the front desk doing EVERYTHING. She was excellent at her job- helpful, kind, attentive, and didn’t seem to get annoyed with endless requests for towels and pillows for guests. (Not sure why they only put 3 pillows per bed and……

“Place was super clean and so comfortable. Room was super cold and very roomy. Staff was very nice and we parked right in front of our room. No elevators but I didn’t mind, it was a great price for prime location. *Bonus* Casino right across the street!”
