“Set up nice for snowmobiling. Really appreciated the use of the garage for our sleds. Plenty of parking for our trailers. House was clean and comfortable. ”

The cost of 2 hotel rooms to fit our family was double the cost of renting this amazing little house, enough beds amd space for us all the have a comfortable time. Beds were so comfortable we slept like babies! Played games at the table, cooked meals as a family and everyone had a great time making memories. Living room furniture was not super cozy- only negative! ”

“My daughter asked for a snowy Christmas for her Christmas gift. This property exceeded our expectations. The lake views are incredible. It was a beach, forest, snowy stay all rolled into one trip. She loved sledding down the sand dunes and building a snowman. The isolation allowed for the most wonderful night skies. I’ve never seen so many stars in my life. The Christmas decorations were a very thoughtful touch. We were close enough for day trips to Tahquamanon Falls, Big Spring, rock hunting at……

“This home is located directly across from the snowmobile trail in town. It was very convenient for gas, food and trail access. ”

“We were coming to Michigan for a graduation and added a few days on the UP to get some hiking and sightseeing in. It was hauntingly beautiful to see all the trees without their leaves and the summer cottages empty. Hiking was amazing with lots of gushing waterfalls. This place was warm, cozy, easy to get to and well stocked. The Pasties were yum too. ”

“The property has a beautiful and quiet location on Manistique Lake. Even though the weather was too cool to take advantage of the water, it was a serene and peaceful setting. The house was well supplied with linens and dishes, etc. although it would be helpful to provide washcloths and tub mats in the bathrooms. The property owners were very responsive in dealing with an unexpected heating issue that arose at the beginning of our stay. Check-in and check-out was very simple.”

“It was easy to find, I loved the process of 'checking in' it was all very easy and the host was amazing and replied in a decent amount of time if you had to contact him. It's such a cute place, I loved the bathroom lights, and the only thing I would add is a few general paintings or pictures around the house cuz the walls seem a little empty.”

“We wanted a quiet get away to explore the UP. The cabin was supper cute and the perfect size. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was perfect for enjoying the lake and the sunsets. It was located perfectly for exploring and was easy to find. We loved it :)”

“This house is perfect! Everything we wanted to see/do was within an hour or less. On days we weren't out and about we were able to relax and unwind. The house was spacious for all of us to have privacy or gather together. There are so many options available for activities at the house. The kitchen was well equipped as it had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular. Definitely will stay again when in the area.”
