“This house was wonderful! Clean, easy to find on GPS, even in the dark when we arrived and a very quiet location. The view was beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard and across the lake. We utilized the fire pit on a cool night and enjoyed s’mores with our family. The small touches were thoughtful-mini bottles of shampoo & conditioner, mini bars of soap, coffee available for the coffee maker. Beds were comfortable as well. If we’re ever back in this area, I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had 4 adults and on 4-year old. The house and bedrooms were perfect for our group. It gave us a good base for 3 days in the area - first time on Schoodic Peninsula. Short drive to Bar Harbor for more sights, shopping and eating. Pretty crowded, but manageable. We would do it again! ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! The setting is breathtaking. We enjoyed getting to walk out on the Rocky Beach, sit by the fire and roast s’mores, enjoy being together. The house is so close to Schooner overlook and anemone cave. We could not have been more pleased with the location. As mentioned, the inside of the house is a bit dated, but it is spacious and had room for all of us to sleep. I would suggestsheets for the pullout sofa easier to locate, and possibly providing more bath towels.……

“We had 6 family members staying at Bar Harbor Oasis for a Thanksgiving reunion. The entire experience was 5 stars. The trip manager was very thorough and timely in providing us with information. The home was exceptional - very clean and comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and five lovely bedrooms with comfortable bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to downtown Bar Harbor. Acadia National Park entrance is also close by. We will definitely keep this property in our travel……

“My sister, her husband and son stayed in this beautiful property. Everything was perfect, except the weather. Their trip had to be delayed by one day. The house was clean and they had everything they needed. She mentioned that shoes were requested to be removed when in the house and that was fine but they really needed slippers and they had forgotten theirs. Other than that, their stay was perfect!”
