“Our 2 week stay at the Greer lake property was wonderful! The house was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The cove was peaceful and a beautiful setting for morning coffee out on the porch and nights out by the fire. It was a quick drive to Acadia and Bar Harbor, making it ideal for relaxation and adventure. Josh was welcoming and responsive, which made everything easy. We were able to rent a pontoon from Josh which made the experience that much more enjoyable. We had several sightings……

“The property is a nice old house that has been renovated. It was spotless when we arrived and we had access to everything we needed. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We heard absolutely nothing the entire visit and saw only one neighbor walking a dog. It is a GREAT location if you are going to a concert at the Maine Bank Amphitheater.”
