“We stayed here with our four older kids (ages 14-22) and two dogs for one of the kiddos graduating from Georgia College. The floor plan worked out great for us, and the house was well equipped for what we needed. The hostess was easy to communicate with. My husband is not the most successful at fishing but had a few catches just throwing out a line at the dock. I'm not sure if that dock area is typically cleaner than when we were here, but there's no way I'd encourage swimming in that stagnant……

“This home is beautiful and is located in a very lovely neighborhood. The view of Lake Oconee is very relaxing. We gathered with longtime friends. Two couples had moved away so we spent a great deal of time relaxing on the porch and catching up. There were four couples and we each had our own bathroom. We did a lot of cooking. The home is very well equipped. ”

“We stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation. The location was close to the college and all of the graduation events. We loved swimming in the lake, having coffee on the screened porch and using the large kitchen to cook family meals. We have stayed at the property twice and the owners are friendly and helpful. ”

“Couldn't have been better. As colleagues we each had our own room and bathroom, as well as a spacious common area. Outside amenities were great. We enjoyed cooking outdoors and cornhole, not to mention just relaxing after a day's work.”

“This property was a perfect reunion spot for 7 ladies who decided (at the last minute) to forego an impersonal hotel and find a local place that had generous space for fellowship and story telling. This place had three such spots (a lovely dock), a sprawling back patio overlooking the tranquil lake (coffee spot daily!) and an indoor dining room table for late night chats. Three comfy queen beds and a bunk bed set-up provided more than enough room for us. Highly recommend. Host David was so……

“We had 15 people, 8 adults and 7 childre n. The house accomodated us well and the children had so much to do with kayaks, paddle boards, game room and other outdoor play items. Evening fires with well seasoned fire wood. Overall excellent weekend with family. ”

“House was very comfortable but couldUse some tlc. Rained hard and gutters were completely full of leaves so water just ran over the gutters onto the deckOutside the house. Constant dripping all night. Inside areas above front door needs some attention. Have owners look up there and they willUnderstand. ”
