“Really nice 2 bed/2 bath unit in a good neighborhood just steps from the beach which was great for going on runs in the morning. Also less than 10min walk to a cute little neighborhood with bars/restaurants and convenience stores. Less than 10 min uber right to the convention center. Overall really suited our needs for attending a conference at a MUCH better price than you could get from any of the hotels. My only critiques are that the check-in instructions were in accurate regarding location……

“The host was great, and very responsive to any and all questions I had about the property. It is in a great location, an easy walk to the T. The apartment was very comfortable and worked perfect for our getaway.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Boston’s south end. The property is within walking distance to Northeastern and is surrounded by a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The place has a big kitchen which was perfect to gather and visit. We would stay here again. ”

The place was a vintaged 19th century Brownhome unit in one of Boston's Back Back most beautiful streets. close to everything you can imagine. “The property was okay, but not great. The check-in process was completely lacking, I called, emailed and texted every number I could find with no response until around 6 pm on check-in day. The basic supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were lacking or non-existent and the second 'bed', an air mattress leaked badly.”

“Wow what can I say, my wife and I with two friends stayed at "The Heart of Southie" and we couldn't have been happier with the rental unit. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms, bathrooms and living area were very clean and comfortable. The unit also came with a parking garage which we used to travel outside of Boston on some day trips. The neighborhood was perfect for us with restaurants only a couple tenths of a mile away. The Charlie (subway) we used extensively was only 0.6 miles a……

“The property was suitable for a group or family. Lots of space and had everything you needed. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 11/2 baths. Communication by owner was superior. Muny was super helpful with directions, restaurants and public transportation. She always responded promptly and was happy to be of assistance. ”
