“Easy parking, clean room, and Maven made checking in very easy.”

“When I initially looked at the price I figured the place might be a dump. But then I noticed it had the highest ratings of motels in the area. All we wanted was a comfortable bed and a place to shower. That's what the Evergreen Inn is. No pool, no breakfast, no exercise room... Perfect! The beds were very comfortable, the towels were soft, not scratchy. One of the nicest older motels I've ever stayed in.”

“They are currently remodeling the outside of the motel. The room was as nice or nicer than hotels twice the price. ”

“Stayed for state fair. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fair but we take that into consideration when getting a really good rate such as we got. We would stay again. ”

“For the price point it was perfect, came up for race weekend. Had hot water(i love hot showers) room was clean, staff we did encounter was friendly and parking was great. If we have a need to be back that way will def stay again.”

“Trash under downstairs bed & carpets a little dirty but very nice roomy place. Could use more cooking utensils. Neighbor across street was always outside yelling & swearing. Acted very intoxicated but he didn’t yell directly @ us. ”
