“I like staying here. Yes, it's an older property and a bit worn. The price reflects that though. The other near by properties are much higher in price but it's hit and miss on cleanliness and quietness. But here at the Anchorage it's clean. It's quiet. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful. Whenever I have to come back here for meetings I will stay at the Rochester Anchorage.”

“The Inn is an old Victorian Inn, decorated beautifully. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was included and amazing. The Inn is walking distance to Dover and in a beautiful area of old homes.”

“Came for the UNH Graduation weekend. We enjoyed our stay and got everything we requested in a timely manner, in addition to the staff being very kind. Our only complaint was no option to get rooms cleaned in between days of our stay. Other than that, it was great! ”
