“My overnight stay was perfect! Room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoyed it more than staying at a hotel! Although the restaurant didn't have a lot of GF options, everything smelled awesome. I would have given it a try if I didn't have other plans. Will stay here again anytime I am in Rochester!!! ”

“We had an amazing stay. The owners are available 24/7 and when we wanted a late arrival it was not a problem we needed more coffee not a problem. We were there over 4th of July weekend and there were fireworks going off all weekend we had a 2 year old and we could not hear a single one. We will definitely be staying there again next year”

“I loved the different building and that they all had balconies. We were there for a wedding in town and our family had different units. Understand the indoor pool, but I prefer the outdoors when swimming. Kids loved the pool though. Too nice to be indoors when we were there. ”

“This was a perfect location for a UNH reunion weekend-staff and service were awesome, and the Tavern restaurant was great.”
