“Staff was extremely friendly and so very welcoming and helpful. Tyrone-the night desk employee was very helpful, assisted with the heat in our room that I didn’t know how to work. He also was very nice to my grandkids. The pool and jacuzzi area were very clean and well stocked with towels! It was really awesome that there were float/safety jackets available for small children-bcuz my daughter forgot to pack my 6yr old grand daughters.
