“So much better than a hotel when away for baseball!”

“We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us! ”

Shawn has many thoughtful touches throughout, including having lamps and fireplace lit to welcome you. He came over and introduced himself, so kind and welcoming. “Helmut our host was excellent as always, this is our second year staying at this location. Property is as described and our host was very responsive and accommodating. We will stay again I think says it all.”

“The place was nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen was adequately supplied for everyday use, but not a fully equipped kitchen. Each room had their own tv and nicely decorated with comfortable mattresses. It had a bed for the dogs and room for them outside . It would have been nice to have a fully enclosed yard to allow the dogs to wonder in yard.”

“We had a group of 10 friends from Columbus, Ga that drove down for an anniversary in Orlando, Deltona and Daytona and this place was centrally located to everything. Everyone loved the home, it is an older house with many upgrades and amenities. We definitely loved that they provide phone chargers throughout the house. Plenty of blankets and towels for everyone. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other people. ”
