“The houseboat is very cute and clean. Comfortable bed, small shower with excellent water flow for a boat, standard (non-marine) toilet all made the logistics of being on a boat easy. Property manager was onsite and showed up lightning fast with more coffee pods. The marina is about 50 yards from a very busy highway and traffic noise is a constant.”

“The owner never sent me the access code. There was no place to use an access code. The door was unlocked and we opened the door at midnight on our arrival. Climes three flights with baggage. When we say it was empty I called a hotel and stayed there. Vrbo DID give my money back for the hotel. How do scams like this happen?”

“We came to town for our daughter’s graduation at UCF. The property is in a nice neighborhood and the patio with the lake view was relaxing and peaceful. The kitchen was well equipped which allowed me to cook for my daughter’s graduation party. This was well worth it and so much better than staying at a hotel near campus which by the way were way more . I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We love the property, amenities and location in NSB. Beach is very accessible with plenty of room. ”

“Overall was a great home, good location. Still near a lot of amenities (15-20 min drive to everything you need- fuel, grocery stores, coffee etc) The layout of the home made entertainment an ease, the guest home was a nice addition especially if you are traveling with multiple people and your have a small family. Pool was clean and a great size. Kitchen was a great size. Though the grill did work, but would not suggest relying on it to be your main cooking method as it is on its last leg ”

“We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us! ”

“Overall, the property could use some work. Paint, yard work, but I did enjoy my stay there. Bed in the master bedroom was comfy. I couldnt figure out how to work the tv in the living room, it would turn on, but i could not access any of the apps on it. The pool was the highlight of this place. You have to be careful in the bathrooms as the place is on a septic tank, and i think that it may have been pretty full. Overall, i would give the place 4 out of 5 stars, it has a lot of potential to……

“My daughter and I stayed a few nights after her basketball tournament. House was great to do that. There are several cats that come into yard daily to drink outta the pool. Neighbor plays music loud everyday but not at night. Pool guy came right in middle of the day and we couldn’t use pool for couple hours at prime time of the day. Would’ve liked dishwasher tablets so didn’t have to hand wash dishes. These are just helpful things to know for further families staying. That said we liked the home……
