“7 Florida friends gathered at the condo. Bedrooms/living areas were as described with very spacious bathrooms & kitchen. It was quiet, had great A/C, and lots of beach items. The beach was lovely and there was plenty of parking. Things to be aware of: The ice maker does not work (which meant a trip to store just as we're getting settled), the west bedroom bed has no slats so box spring is resting on frame edges thus the bed is very mushy in the middle. We are cautioned not to leave glass……

“The owner David was very responsive and supportive of all our questions. This unit is clean, and well appointed. You don’t need to bring beach chairs or towels. The master bedrooom mattress is very comfortable. Wonderful sunsets on the screened-in porch. Would highly recommend this property. ”

“Came to town to visit with family over the Christmas holiday. We were looking for a dog friendly place since we would have our pup with us. This little condo was great! It was very clean and felt very comfortable. It did take a few minutes to find as there is another unit with the same exact number, but in the building next door. There was a nice neighbor next door that helped direct us to the appropriate unit. We plan on staying here again during our next visit.”

“Great wrap-around, covered deck gave views in all directions. On seventh floor (top), it gave us both sunrise and sunset view and rocket launch view as it came by. Spaces were great. Very large common space of kitchen, dining and living room. ”
