“Easy to find, the email with the codes to get in the building also included photos which was a massive help in identifying the building etc. The room was perfect, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was very good. “This is a well organized, dependable and responsive property. We were able to store our luggage in easy to access and secure lockers. The electronic access and keys on phone app made us feel very secure. We ran out of bathroom tissue and we received a delivery within 10 minutes of texting the on-line reception. Recommend the area - tons of legite Spanish food and drinks in area - best in Madrid. Close to two metro lines giving lots of easy access to the city”

“La unidad superior que elegimos superó nuestras espectativas. Una vista espectacular de esquina a esquina con dos balcones. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar en una estadia cono si estuvieras en tu hogar. La cocina (nevera estufa y accesrios de cocina) y el baño tiene todo lo necesario. Tienen lavanderia y Gym. “只能夠說有對比就有傷害，之前是在巴塞隆拿住，前台服務只態度很好，服務很週到，以為全西班牙都很多，但到了這間酒店真的很意外。我早上十一點到了酒店，酒店規定三點後才能入住，表示房間未準備好，我也明白這一點，所以我把行李寄存後就出去了，到五時多回來了，打開房間覺得房間挺美的，但入房發現房間有兩支上一位房客喝剩的飲用水，洗手間和垃圾桶都有上一個房客的垃圾，上一手房客用過的沐浴露和洗頭水都還在，我立即到前枱反映，前枱職員亦立即安排人員清理，我明白可能這是個別事件，但如果可以給我把房間換一下會更加好，感覺上一位房客的香水還在，(也有可能是房間本身的香薰味吧)對毛巾和水杯都沒有使用的信心，也不知道床單有沒有更換過。”
