“Room was newly remodeled and comfortable. Breakfast options were good and plentiful despite busy weekend. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only concern elevator very small in our building and difficult for member of our family to manage in wheelchair. ”

“Loved this property and location. We could quickly walk to many resturants and activities. The hotel check-in was easy and the service was fast, responsive, and friendly. While the property was very well stocked, if we needed anything the hotel was quick to supply it. The room was spacious with views of the mountain. The fireplaces were an extra cozy touch. We would definitely rent this property again!”

“We like the location, kitchenettes and pool/fitness. Our room faced a busy street and was very noisy at night. We have stayed at this property many times, but this experience was a little disappointing. The room was very small, tired looking, the pillows are very uncomfortable and the coffee maker was difficult to work and my coffee was like warm. Also, we learned that the Grand Residences voted to not offer daily activities except a few fitness related items and they do offer them at Timber……
