“Alejandro was a great host. I had a very zen time on the boat for 2 nights/3 days. I got really lucky with the weather so it was warm, sunny and no rain. Alejandro was very responsive and easily brought me back and forth a few times a few times. Note the boat is in the middle of bay so you need a boat to get you back and forth but it made the experience cooler and more relaxing. I loved my morning dunks into the bay, coffee, and watching the sunset. I recommend this for max 2 maybe 3 people. I……

“We booked this location for a guys weekend fishing trip to Florida. The location was top notch and being able to stay on a house boat was amazing. The owner was great and super responsive. The main living room is great. However, the rest of the boat is in major need of repairs and updating. We didn’t expect 5-star accommodations, however we did expect more than we got. If updates are done, we’d definitely stay with this host and in this same property again. ”

“We wanted somewhere different to stay during our vacation to Miami so we picked this boat. We didn't feel the host communicated with us very quickly initially, but he did eventually answer all our questions pre-trip. We got a lengthy legal document to sign the night before arriving, we looked it over and signed it at the last minute. The boat was picked up, but seemed a bit musty - our allergies kicked in right away and stayed a few days afterwards. A few things were a bit aggravating: coffee……

“i WAS NOT ABLE TO CHECK INTO H PROPERTY UNTIL 10:00 pm. WHAT THEY SAID WOULD TAKE 1.5 HRS TOOK 4 HOURS. tHE REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK AND WE HAD NO HOT WATER FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY. THE OWNERS WERE SUPOSED TO MEET ME AND SHOWED UP 1.5 HRS LATE. tHE BOAT IS HARD TO GET IN AND OUT OF AND THE INSIDE IS VERY TIGHT FOR 2 PEOPLE. THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS A NIGHTMARE.”

“Overall, the stay was amazing! The neighborhood was great to take a walk and the roof of the boat was incredible to relax on. We were able to do a little fishing and caught a few fish! The only improvements that I would recommend is to ensure the place is completely clean beforehand. We found two thong underwear behind the couch. Also, maybe bigger bumpers between the boats? The banging was extremely loud at night. Otherwise, this place was a dream! ”
