“The house is pretty true to the pictures. Lots of amenities offered. Nice backyard area with pool, hot tub, seating and grill. It was strange that the vacuum had to stay in the pool. Makes it a little difficult to swim in it. We had a group of 8, mixture of couples and singles and this house worked well. ”

“We just returned from a 4-night stay at this property. The house was ok but there were a few things that could have been better. The inside is a little beat up and could use some TLC. Housekeeping was still there (finishing up) at our check-in time, 4:00 PM. Pros: Excellent communication from the host, nice warm pool, comfortable beds. Cons: The kitchen pans were old and practically unusable, so we went to Publix and bought our own, as well as Kleenex, hand soap for the kitchen, and napkins. In……

“The house is exactly as pictured. We had a few minor issues that were resolved quickly. Easy to drive wherever you need to go. The property is located on a street that can get busy but this did not disturb our stay. Overall, it was a comfortable stay!”

Everything was in close distance either Downtown Miami or South Beach. We attended local music events and it was easy to get to all the main clubs. House is exactly like listed, and communication by host was great. ”

“Communication was on point from the pm from the time I booked until I checked out. There was a small hiccup with some insects, but a company came while we were there and took care of the issue. Overall the property was very nice. Very comfortable, great heated pool, conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and the local stores.
