“Hotel is undergoing a major refurb. I was on the 2nd floor. Room was recently refurbished so very clean, comfortable and all good. Staff very attentive, friendly and food served very quickly. Prices were very reasonable.”

“The room was nice and the staff where friendly, the only problem was at night some other guest where noisy, a car pulling up with its music blasting out, people going up and down the hall very early in the morning letting the doors bang close and I pretty sure that someone bang into my door waking me up. did not get much sleep that night”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just……

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”
