“Beds were very comfortable. Staff were nice. Lazy river was great. Only complaint was housekeeping. Never came to room. Finally put my trash in hallway. Room needs update. Lamp switch had sticky residence and discoloration. ”

“Staff were not grumpy to us, but seemed like they were not happy being there. Room was somewhat clean (a lot of dust and debris behind stuff like fridge). No soap in bathroom, and asked multiple times for some and never received. Pool was closed all the 3 days we were there (even after being told it was open on phone before we arrived),”
