“The location is too close to road so that it's convenient but noisy. Laundry environment is not very clean. We gave up to use the washing machine since somebody left cloth in it for a long time. The bathtub got stuck but was fixed soon.”

“The inn was lovely and the staff gracious. My complaint is with the bathroom, specifically the lack of grab bars. I was in 340 and the shower directions were backwards - the hot water was where it says “C.” Finally, I gave up on the elevator showing the morning of June 21 and bumped my luggage down the stairs. I’m 80 and did not appreciate this physical challenge.”
