“From the valet going out of his way to show us where they would keep out luggage until checkin, to the front desk who had our room ready early, to the fantastic meal at Ruth's Chris, then the Starbucks in the morning. I'm sold. And let me say the efficient valley service is worth every it if $50. We will be back for sure!”

“I would rate this hotel 5/10 stars. When we got to the room there was a dip spit cup on our air vent which was immediately a turn off. Additionally the sheets were dirty so we took them off the bed and whenever I took a shower the bathroom floor flooded which had to be mopped up before it ran into the room. Other than those incidents the hotel was beautiful, located in a great area and had a beautiful view. There are just some things I think that could be improved on if I were to consider……

“New daily parking fee is $20 a night. One of the big towels had a weird orange tint almost like if a person who had a spray tan used it. Also, minor detail but mattered to me, the shower had (2) pumps of conditioner and no shampoo. I came in at 10pm and didn't think I needed to get any hygiene items that I was missing because hotels have the little ones, but not this time. Staff is ALWAYS amazing and super kind. I come to KC for work once a month and Fairfield is in my regular rotation of……
