“Great location steps away from the ferry terminal. Apartment was huge and clean. Beds were super comfortable. There’s a kitchen and a wash machine if you need it. We would stay again here in a heartbeat. ”

“We loved staying here. It’s a beautiful apartment, very clean, with plenty of amenities. The host responds to queries quickly and is very kind. The apartment is just a stone’s throw from the ferry port and the beds were so comfortable! I’ll be staying here again next time I visit. My only small grumble is that though the apartment can sleep many people, there aren’t any large pans for cooking. But aside from that it was perfect.”

“警告！遠離這個房產以及“B-HOTEL”公司租賃的任何房產! 走進房間發現很冷，於是我們打開空調並把溫度調到了30度，由於小孩感冒了，我們打算出去買藥並吃晚飯，想著一小時後房間就會暖和起來。近兩個小時後，我們回到房間，發現房間還是很冷。我伸手摸了摸空調的出風口，發現只送風、沒有暖風，我看到出租說明的網頁是有提供暖氣的。當天晚上，廣島的實際氣溫只有0度，感冒的女兒覺得很不舒服。我回覆了郵件，告知我決定換住宿。房東回信問我是否已退房。 (注意！信件裡沒有提及會派人來檢查、維修、替代方案、全額或部分租金退款或任何實質援助，只確認我是否退房。) 此時，我一邊安慰感冒了、凍得瑟瑟發抖的家人，一邊尋找廣島有沒有可以入住的飯店，同時回覆房東郵件：我把鑰匙放回了門口的盒子裡。房東回信:感謝我歸還了鑰匙，並祝福我在廣島能度過一段美好的時光。 2023年，我們一家人在日本住了20晚； 2024年，50晚。但這是幾年來我第一次逃離住宿的房間，也是我第一次在相同的三天內支付兩筆房租。”

“得一個馬桶比咁多人住係最大問題，電視機太細有wifi蛋洗碗機好正，廚房設備齊全電視機後面個牆有蜘蛛絲唔係幾舒服，但其餘都感覺幾整潔 The major issue is that there is only one toilet, especially when for large families. “房間乾淨，但冷氣位子可以再調整一下，晚上睡覺時需要開很強才能讓整個房間都會冷。目前樓梯爬上去的單人床位置是無法睡的，冷氣直吹會讓人變成冰塊。”

“Great property! Very clean. Beds were comfortable. The loft worked out well for our group of 4 adults that each wanted their own space. Loved the toilet that would actually lift the lid for you when you walked it! And the shower are had a drying feature so you could change your clothes in there and they would be dry in a few hours. Great feature!! Just walking distance to the Peace Park and easy to walk to the downtown shopping area or pickup a trolley car around the area. Great place to……
