“Everything was great from the room to the breakfast and staff especially the young man at the desk when my grand daughter and I arrived his name is Keshang he was exceptionally good he was very very attentive to us and was ready to help make our stay better in any way he could give that man a raise !! All in all our experience was exceptional we will definitely be back !”

“We picked it because close to Empire State Trail as we go from Buffalo to Albany and that they allow us to bring bikes into our rooms. Breakfast good, staff friendly ”

“We stayed at this Hampton Inn because it was close to the Nexus Center Ice Rink. Our room was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was good, with multiple choices. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was……

“The Hotel was great as were the staff. The dislike regarded a customer with truck and trailer who found it appropriate to take five parking spaces for his needs when there were other options he could use. I say he because I saw him in the morning start up his truck and leave.”
