“Check-in was a nightmare. The apartment was simply that. Special instructions had no phone number, so we couldn't contact proprietors. We spent more than an hour on the phone w/ a Travelocity rep in the Philippines while standing on the sidewalk in spitting rain. I finally pried a phone number from the rep, which my wife called. We finally got buzzed in remotely and there was a key card on the kitchen table. The apartment has potential, but it's drab and poorly maintained. The shower was not……

Due soli nei: alla mattina siamo stati svegliati dal personale che sistemava le stanze adiacenti, con chiacchiere exrisa allegre ma che si sentivano troppo. “We booked a room, showed up before checkin time and they were not operating yet for the season. Mistakes happen, so we weren’t too upset as we found a nearby room at Hotel Portobello . The groundskeeper told us to get a refund thru Expedia. Expedia contacted the hotel, the hotel denied our refund. They said we didn’t cancel within the cancelation time frame?? This place is such a scam. I do not recommend unless you want to risk losing your money. ”
