“We came with 7 adults, cottage had plenty of room. When we walked in the cottage was very clean and well kept. It had all the amenities that we needed from silverware to coffee maker and pots and pans. The bathroom was stocked with clean towels, which we for the most part brought our own. It has a very nice deck area which overlooks the lake, and a really nice dock which looked to be brand new. Paddleboats and canoes were there for us to use. Edgar, the host was awesome and helped us with any……

We didn't have much time to explore the area due to being in town for a wedding, but we did walk down to the lake prior to leaving and the area was beautiful! Starr was very sweet and so great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We stayed for a week at this cottage and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was very easy and the cottage was well equipped and everything was as described. The sunroom facing the water is large and a great space to relax in the morning and evenings. The hosts are in the house next door and are friendly and accommodating but gave us our space to do what we wanted, and we rarely saw them. The lake also did not have a lot of boat traffic during the week, which was great. We would definitely stay……

“I brought a fishing boat. It was so nice to be able to tie up right out the back door, in a protected cove. Nice side lot with afire pit, and plenty of firewood. Lots of watercraft like kayaks and paddleboards. The coffee pot stopped working, and the host brought a replacement the same day. Full bag of ice in the freezer. Plenty of parking. Kitchen supplies were kind of a hodge podge, but we made do fine. Would recomend.”

“Lovely home! Mark, the host, was wonderful! He answered any and all questions quickly. The home was very clean and well equipped. We rented 4 properties on Gun Lake for family attending our daughter’s wedding. This property was by far the BEST! The power went out the night before the wedding and this property was equipped with a generator!! If I could give this property more stars I would!! The setting on the channel was so calm and peaceful. Access to the big lake was so convenient and close.……
