“Excellent greeting upon arrival. A lovely welcome and our room was lovely. A large room with excellent bathroom and a nice view This is a beautiful hotel. The food was excellent, great service at the bar too. In the lounge var area, ample cosy seating, beautiful views all around the hotel grounds. Nice music in the back ground. We would certainly book again.”

“这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。”

“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”
