“Amazing place! Cute little place that has been remodeled to provide very comfortable and modern rooms. Everything was new and high quality, clean and comfortable, modern and well maintained - but in a cute historic building very close to all the retaurants and sights in town. We had a suite with a separate seating area with a fire place, a deck with a private hot tub (delightful way to end the day!), and a view of the river and a bit of the bay. Lots of tasty dining options in town, and……

We ate at The Olde Castle Bar - seafood was fantastic! Donegal castle is just a few min walk from the hotel!”

We had a great view of the sunset from our room. we only had one meal in the restaurant (not the main one where you need to book) and would not rate the food as good. The bed was ok, not great, and the pillows were hard. The room was so hot on arrival and even though we opened the window, it did not cool down enough for a goods night sleep. The windows were dirty and had lots of cobwebs. Room staff good, we did not require our room to be serviced but they……
