“We had a wonderful long weekend here. First, the location was perfect for so many things we wanted to do (Valley Forge, Brandywine Museum, Gettysburg). Second, the carriage house is very cozy, especially the wonderful bed and bedroom. We bought a few items so that we could have breakfast but the kitchen was otherwise equipped to accommodate us. Loved Sarge’s visits, the sheep and chickens. We will be back!”

“We had a great stay at this property. Everything was just as described. Sheila was a wonderful host. She was even going to help us find our elderly, blind cat when we thought he had escaped.”

“Cottage is ideally located within Manayunk and very close to the train station, with trains into Philadelphia and links to the airport. Cottage is very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with Heather the host was good throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend.”

“We had a lovely impromptu get together with our family, 10 of us all together ranging from grandparents down to 11 years old. Home was lovely, clean and had plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen, however not many open cabinets to put our food into so we left it on the countertops, making it crowded, but no big deal for a few nights. They provided toilet paper, shower toiletries, paper towels and trash bags. It's so nice to not have to lug that extra stuff. Some weird, short power……
