“This was the first time we stayed at a Tru By Hilton Hotel. The moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk receptionist I knew this was going to be a great experience. Just everything about the hotel was perfect and I look forward to having the opportunity again to stay at another Tru By Hilton Hotel.”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“Property was just right for the simple, quiet, safe, and convenient place we were looking for during our visit to a family member who was sick. We didn’t want a holiday but instead wanted a quiet time to be with family.”

“Very quiet neighborhood. We never heard any voices or noises from any of the other tenants. Having a bathroom in each of the bedrooms was very nice. It was close enough to our family in Evans, not having a long drive to be with them. We cooked breakfast each day which was also very convenient to our stay. Text communications with the owner were spot on. No troubles experienced. ”

“It was nice quiet neighborhood ”

“This unit was modern and in a quiet neighborhood not far at all from Augusta National or Augusta restaurants. Vera was excellent at communicating when I had a question about check-in. The bathroom off the back bedroom definitely needs some TLC. There were multiple bulbs missing from the light bar above the sink and there were other minor things that should probably be fixed. The one other thing that we didn't care for was the chair in the living area. The springs were all messed up and poking……
