“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“I would give this place a 4 out if 10. The 4 is for the staff only. -7 to the hotel. Staff was super nice. Place was supposed to be smoke free, but as soon as you stepped off the elevator the smell of cigarette smoke hits you. It’s smelled terrible. The room was ok. The tub worked but needs fixing. The handle came off when trying to turn on the water, there was some type of build up (calcium maybe?) all around the handle, faucet and drain. The drain itself was broken. The elevator’s……

“Clean and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. The lady at the front desk at night is the sweetest, kindest most helpful and most accommodating person in a hotel I have ever met. She will help you with anything possible and will make sure that you are 100% comfortable with everything in your room. Much appreciated especially when you're traveling with a toddler. ”
