“This hotel has the perfect location in Lerici. We had an amazing view from our terrace and really enjoyed our stay there and hope to return. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A great place to stay.”

“La casa tiene un parking privado propio,piscina y un cajetín para coger y dejar las llaves. La casa está reformada,bonita,limpia y moderna. Está completamente equipada incluyendo lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas y secador del pelo. Tiene aire acondicionado/bomba de calor. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo es que no hay ascensor y que para hacer el checking hay que ir a un alojamiento que está a 1,5km y que tiene un acceso incómodo pero el alojamiento merece la pena. “Great hotel! Loved the location! We walked to amazing dining just 1/1 miles to the south along the beautiful waterfront where there were many excellent choices. The hotel staff were all very welcoming and kind to us and we appreciated that very much. The breakfast was excellent. Everything we could have wanted and excellent service. “鄰近車站，走路不遠。這裡沒有電梯，飯店在三樓。公寓裡的電梯，飯店並不能使用。由民宅改建，很有當地風格。一個小公寓空間被隔成三間，只有一個狹窄的走廊，其實隔音效果不太好，並且蠻可能遇到別的旅客。必須注意員工有固定的上班時間。房間設備基本，有一些小驚喜，像是精油。整體佈置簡潔，空間還蠻大。旁邊就是鐵道，怕吵的可能不太適合。房間佈置得蠻不錯，但整體來說就是民宿等級，以義大利的高昂價格來說，已經不錯，不用期待太多。”

“距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓不難找到由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡有非常古式的電梯民宿內共有五間房間住的非常寬敞也很乾淨有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點但到傍晚就有許多餐廳開始營業餐飲有很多選擇比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳附近也有許多商店可以閒逛但不會營業到太晚週圍環境很寧靜舒適 ”

“The room is an excellent one, very modern that is located in a 4th floor. Have coffee and the bath is also very nice; like new! The building Have an small elevator but is OK. Is located in a solitary street but near to restaurants. Is OK for people with lightweight luggages if you go walking from the train station. “El personal es muy amable. Paulo, que es el dueño, siempre estuvo en contacto y al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. La habitación es grande, las amenidades excelentes. “Quiet, suburban area. Host was great, English not so good but neither was my Italian! Managed to communicate. Had breakfast the one morning and it was really good value for E7 each. 12 minute walk to the square. Some noise if guests are awake early but that’s to be expected in a B&B. Shutters on the window kept the room dark when sleeping. A/C worked well and was quiet when I switched the swing function off. Parking was fine.”
