“I made this booking as part of a birthday suprise for my Partner, the staff did not stop but go above and beyond at every turn to make her birthday a great suprise for when we arrived to the hotel. They were able to arrange a platter, and pastries suprise with happy birthday and Balloons in the room with a card from their team!! All of the staff we encountered were wonderful. There are multiple pools which were never crowded, and a beautiful beach. I would highly recommend this hotel! ”

“It is up on a hill by the ocean but view only from 1 room - a bedroom. When we arrived, we found heating the pool costs $20/day extra and takes over 3 days to heat. No protection from neighbors noise -- e.g. barking dog, conversations...”
