“This property is huge! Also is at the end of a long shared driveway! We weren’t sure how many guests we were going to have staying so we booked this place thinking we would have enough room. It ended up only being 4 people staying there but was perfect! Lots of beds and space. There are limited properties in this part of WV but would definitely stay there again if ever in the area! Nicole was very responsive and communicative through the booking and arrival processes. ”

“This house was perfect for our little get away. Quite and remote with no wifi and cellphones. Made it enjoyable to spend quality time with my son. “I like to say things I think will be helpful for future guests. First, the house slopes up in the first half and down in the second. The stove is in one small room, the sink in another and the refrigerator in another. No problem for us. Stair are narrow on riser but good railings. Fall risk for anyone unsteady on their feet. Very quiet and peaceful. Beds comfortable. ”

“My mom, SIL, and I took a much needed three day weekend away to visit the Maple Festival and spend some girl time together. The Cabin at Back Creek is the perfect spot to do that. The proximity to the sites of the festival is perfect; we didn’t feel like we were in the car too long and the views along the drive are amazing. The Cabin is perfectly situated on the creek to enjoy the sounds of water and birds while relaxing on the porch or in the hot tub. Highly recommend a visit if you want to get……

“Our stay was excellent and the property and surrounding area was bliss- private backyard backing up to a creek, quiet and scenic, just wonderful and just as described. The house was well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed for my family (and our two dogs) to enjoy for my birthday weekend. The area is very remote which makes it a great getaway from the busy DC area. Will definitely return again ”
