“Honestly, this hotel should be rated much higher. It felt luxe and private. Employees remembered us by name, always friendly, warm, and attentive. The pool was exceptional- heated to a perfect temp and so big that it always felt as if we had the whole pool to ourselves. ”

El hotel hermoso, unas vistas increíbles y super bien ubicado. Muy cerca del centro, restaurantes, plaza comercial, farmacia, todo lo que puedas necesitar. 100% recomendable!!!!! ”

“酒店位于山上，条件还行服务合格但说不上非常好。也许是因为我们刚从La Fortuna最好的酒店过来，也许是因为前面关于这个酒店的评语都太好了把我的期望抬高了，毕竟这个酒店价格不是很高，只有La Fortuna的酒店一半价格，甚至连一半也不到。这样看就还是可以的，但是我还是坚持给四个星，因为我最不满意的是房间没有遮光窗帘，我天天五点多就被亮光叫醒，另外我不喜欢高枕头，所以觉得枕头太高，最后一天我只能枕浴巾。”

“Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue maravillosa. El hotel está muy bonito y lo tienen muy bien conservado. Tienen espacios muy agradables y senderos, y el restaurante la verdad fue de lo mejor que probamos en Monteverde. El personal del hotel sumamente amable, nos atendieron en recepción Ariana y Yerlin, y nos asesoraron sobre las actividades de tours disponibles y nos apoyaron en reservarlas. Teníamos algunas dudas y fueron muy amables en ayudarnos a resolverlas. Incluso me ayudó un buen rato para……
