“This is our second time staying at the cutest apartment in Geneva! It's beautifully appointed. Fresh flowers, a basket of snacks and a great bottle of wine upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are new and spotless. The linens are both pretty and cozy. We have a freshman athlete at Hobart so we spend lots of time in Geneva in the winter / spring and look forward to many more stays at Kelly's suite. ”

“We had a lovely stay at this property. We were visiting our son who plays soccer at Hobart. The location is perfect for visiting campus, walking to restaurants/bars, shops, and the waterfront. The property is new, clean and comfortable for two guests. ”

“Very nice property. Great communication and easy check in. This is the downstairs (private) unit so you can hear occasional footsteps and voices above but nothing too bothersome. ”

“Love the old homes with the super high ceilings! They have a lot of class and charm. Everything was in walking distance. Would highly recommend the Balloons restaurant, for their top notch service and food. If you want see the historical sites in town, check the sites online info. Some sites and restaurants have limited availability in the winter months. ”

Pros:Close to plenty of tastings and restaurants in town, 1-5 minute drive to most places in geneva.Place is very clean, one of the cleanest I've stayed in.Host communication was very good.Comfortable bed and pillows.Cons:50 feet from a main highway.Small and tight driveway.Right next to frat houses, could hear their music until 9 pm.Small shower.No microwave.Bed is in the main living area.Unit is not made for multiple couples. Good for a family of 4 or less.Pets:Good……

“Very pleasantly appointed studio with a view across the lawn down to the lake. Quiet, clean, with everything you need tucked into a well-designed space. I would be glad to stay there again.”

“The property here is absolutely stunning, and was comfortable and clean to stay in. There were a few issues with our stay like broken AC, but the hosts were extremely communicative and were able to resolve all of our issues quickly, and even gave us a partial refund based on some of the issues with amenities. We enjoyed our time here and are hoping to come again.”
