“Friendly staff. Clean great outdoor patio ”

“House was a great location if you are visiting Indiana Beach. Literally a 3 min drive right around the corner from the main entrance. Less than 10 mins away from groceries and fast food to south. Owner was pleasant, but communication was not great. Messages through VRBO took over an hour or over night to get a response. I tried calling the owner twice and the call was declined immediately both times. Owner called back 3-4 hours later only because I mentioned the dishwasher was full when I……

“Great location, a bit outside university property but we needed this bcoz of quick dining options ”

“Clean, spacious and comfortable room for the price. Free parking and breakfast were nice and staff was very friendly ”

“The staff was great. The breakfast was sufficient. It was quiet and we felt safe. Our room had a sink that worked, but drained very slowly, and none of the plugs or USB ports on one side of the bed worked. Our shower pressure was ok. Overall it was fine, but not great. ”

“they allowed us to check in early which was a huge A++++++ for us cuz if not able to check in early we would have been stuck in our vehicle for 3 additional hours”
