“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Upon walking in you see the lobby and kitchen with trendy vibe. Front desk and restaurant staffs were all friendly and professional and efficient. The room is very clean and modern, also equipped with special lighting called Luminotherapy which I found very interesting. Public indoor jacuzzi was nice. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the room clean and , if I had to nitpick would be saying hi to customer when in the hall way. I would definitely stay……

“We stayed for 4 nights. Loved the old world charm of the hotel. If you want splashy and new this is not the place for you. The bed was comfortable. The room was large with a very large bathroom and a fabulous view of the river. There is Nespresso in the room which is a huge thing for me. There are 3 separate restaurants in the hotel. “We just did three days between Ottawa, Montreal & Old Quebec City. The Hyatt Centric was by far the nicest property we stayed in. Easy access from a driving standpoint. Being at the east end of the Old Port made for a quieter stay which was great for us. The east end of the Old Port is still developing so a walk back into the established areas is needed to get to restaurants and bars. It is a great stroll so not an inconvenience at all.”
