“When we arrived at the house, the grass was over grown, people were walking through the yard right next to the house. Once we got into the house, the floors were sticky. Part of the stairs were broken. Parts of the outlets were broken. The host was very hard to reach. ”

“We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The kids absolutely loved the design! You could tell a lot of attention to detail went into decorating this condo. The consoles were super convenient to have, especially on the rain days. Our kids absolutely loved it! Vista Cay is a really nice community and has pool, gym and amenities for everybody to enjoy. Any small issues we had were immediately addressed by the owner. He is very responsive and communicative. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay here. It has everything and makes us very easy and comfortable! Luckily it was 2nd floor only, we had 4 big luggages to carry up. I saw someone carrying to the 4th floor with 38" case. -.- And the place is a bit dusty in the corners. Hope can improve next time. There's a supermarket Publix in the resort, has almost everything. So very easy to buy stuff to cook.”

“First, the house was absolutely amazing! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The amenities were fantastic as well. We loved hanging out by the pool and inside in the HUGE living room. Secondly, the location was great. It was right next to I-Drive so there were plenty of options for food and entertainment. Last but certainly not least, communication with the host (Elton) was amazing. Elton handled all of my concerns promptly and professionally. ”

"Booked 5 days in this hotel, look, 5 days, 5 days, no one from the cleaning staff came to clean my room, on the 4th day, I called the front desk and asked someone to come to my room, but sadly, the cleaner just brought new towels and took away the dirty trash, that's it, didn't take away the dirty towels, on the 5th day I didn't even have enough shower gel and shampoo, please don't book this hotel, please don't book this hotel, please don't book this hotel, go to Holliday inn"
