“Our original booking had an issue and we were upgraded to this property. We were notified day of issue, but without a beat they immediately offered another rental location of a comparable size. The upgraded location was slightly further away from theme parks, but still central between Universal, Disney, and the airport.Only hiccup of checking in was the process of getting in at the gate, however rental property agent responded immediately and helped resolve issue. Found house to be super clean……

“This was a very nice house. The house was spacious and had lots of room. I would strongly encourage to have the pool heated. Our weather was cooler but we still had lots of fun in the pool and hot tub. The owner was quick to respond to concerns. The house advertised a high chair but there was not one there when we arrived. The owners made sure one was delivered in a timely fashion. The home looked a little "tired." Some scraps on the walls and chips on the tile floor. But overall, a really nice……

The safe gated community provided peace of mind, and its proximity to restaurants and shops made dining and exploring incredibly convenient. The spacious, well-appointed house was perfect for families or groups of friends, offering en-suite bedrooms for added comfort. “What a fantastic property. We arrived on 5th October for a 19 day stay to visit Disney World and Universal Studios. Spent the weekend settling in with the plan to start the Disney adventure on the Monday. However a certain hurricane Milton was bearing down on us. The property manager who lives next door knocked on the door and gave us advice on how to prepare for our first experience of a hurricane. He explained everything we needed to know and helped prepare the property for what was coming our……

“Everyone in our family was impressed with the property! We can’t say enough good things. It perfectly accommodated our party of 12, ages 8months- 65yrs for week that included Disney World. Everything was very clean, host was responsive when we needed help finding a couple random things. Community pool and playground were a big plus on down days!”
