Hospitality was lacking:
The lobby is beautiful, but is cold and uninviting. A pot of coffee or fresh water in the lobby would make guests feel a bit more welcome. I was told that there is a coffee maker in my room.
Breakfast - coffee again. The coffee carafe ran out of coffee 15 minutes prior to the close of the cafe. The waiter simply said it was out, and to go to the lobby for coffee. Really? No one could make a……
