“We had an opportunity to bring our family together to celebrate and this location was a perfect option for all of. The home is exactly what you see in the photos. It is spacious, clean and has an amazing outdoor area! We would definitely stay again!”

“Yes, the property is small but there is room outside to enjoy the view. One big cavet .. in my opinion, this is a summer property. The floor is concrete and there is no central heading. The owner has a few rugs on the floor and a large space heater. It takes a good hour to heat the space. We left early as we were there in mid-October. The person who cleans it is lovely and very communicative. We would go again only in summer. ”

“Cozy lake house. Large yard, perfect for yard games, grilling, or a fire around the fire pit. Bonus that yard games, a grill, and the fire pit are all provided! “We loved staying over at Kim's cabin over the past weekend. The cabin was exactly as described, and is beautiful. The location is perfect, and Kim is the most gracious host. She went out of her way to put up fairy lights all over the cabin when I inquired if there were any. She is excellent with her communication and was swift in responding to all of my queries. “Such a beautiful location & cozy cottage on the river. It was our second time staying & we loved it again!”

“The Eagles Nest at the Blue Heron Resort on Diamond Lake is not for everyone but we loved it. I say not for everybody in part because you need to take a series of stairs including nearly 30 steps to reach the cabin from the parking space provided. While we (both in our 70's) didn't have a problem, others may well prefer few stairs. The cabin is also not fancy or modern and has a few quirks including a noticeable slant towards the lake.
