She anticipated that we would need a first floor room without my asking. The property was accessible to my parents who have mobility issues. We enjoyed our made to order breakfast, including gluten free toast. Not a lot of dining near the property that we could see, although there is a list of restaurants in the room. ”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“We had a great experience. The staff was super nice and accommodating — check-in and check-out were quick and easy. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical about the outside of the property at first, but as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was spotless, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything felt really well-kept. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — close to everything in Augusta, especially downtown where our event was. I’ll definitely stay here again.……
