“The property was "as advertised" but really the beauty of this space couldn't be captured by the photos. It had modern amenities but felt like you were stepping into the past at the same time. The covered but open porch overlooking the Illinois River was also more stunning than the photos could reflect. “This was an amazing little home that had everything my boyfriend and I needed for our Starved Rock weekend getaway. It was centrally located in a very quiet neighborhood.
